Truck Driver Injured In Highway 14 Accident

A Vancouver truck driver was injured in an accident on Highway 14 west of Stevenson on Monday night.  According to the Washington State Patrol, the truck and trailer driven by 31-year-old Valeriy Ivanov was eastbound on Highway 14 just after 10:10 p.m. on Monday when the vehicle drove off into the ditch, coming to rest on its right side.  Ivanov was transported to Peace Health Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver with undisclosed injuries.  The accident occurred about a mile-and-a-half west of Stevenson.  The cause is under investigation.
