Time To Enter Cherry Fest Lip Sync Contest

It’s still over a month away, but it’s time to enter some Northwest Cherry Festival events.  One of those is the annual It’s The Pits lipsync contest.  The Dalles Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Lisa Farquharson says some business and community groups are already planning their routines, and she’s hoping to get new groups involved to join in the fun.  Those who would like to enter the contest, scheduled for April 24 at The Dalles High School Auditorium at 7 p.m., can get information by calling The Dalles Chamber at 541-296-2231.
