The Skamania County transit bus is expanding to seven days a week of service from now through October 15.  The transit bus will add four runs a day on Saturdays and Sundays, to go along with two runs a day on weekdays along with a third trip on Fridays.  The bus schedules include stops in Stevenson, Carson, North Bonneville, and Vancouver before returning to Columbia River Gorge trailheads and resorts.  Paid for by grants from numerous agencies, the weekend bus runs will have an emphasis on accessing federal lands.  A complete schedule is available at skamaniacounty.org.
