Sheppard Picked For HR School Board Vacancy

The Hood River County School District Board filled the vacancy left by the resignation of Mark Johnson.  Brandi Sheppard was picked to fill position 6.  She will serve through May of 2019, when the seat will be open for election once again.  The board also picked Chrissy Reitz as its new chair to replace Johnson, while Rich Truax moves up to the vice-chair position Reitz held.
