Service Creek Fire Burns 375 Acres

A fire 15 miles southeast of Fossil has burned 375 acres.  The Northwest Interagency Coordination Center says the fire that started on Saturday in timber and grass is 20 percent contained, with full containment projected for Wednesday.  Two outbuildings have been destroyed in the fire, while 13 more structures are threatened.  97 people have been assigned to the fire with four fire engines.  The cause of the fire has been listed as human, but no other details are available.
