Quiet Primary For Washington Gorge Counties

It is a rather quiet Washington primary election in the Mid-Columbia,as ballots must be postmarked by tomorrow.  In Klickitat County the ballot highlight is a nearly $19 million bond measure in the Klickitat Valley Hospital District for improvements to Klickitat Valley Health’s facilities in Goldendale, and will require a supermajority for passage.  The ballot also includes three candidates for a Skyline Hospital district board spot looking to advance to November, and another trio running for a spot on the Dallesport Water District commission.  There is nothing on the ballot in Skamania County.
