The Northern Wasco County PUD Board of Directors is accepting letters of interest and resumes from citizens for a vacancy on the board for Subdivision 5.  To be eligible, a person must be a resident of the PUD service area for no less than two years and presently residing in PUD Subdivision 5.  To verify residency in Subdivision 5 it is recommended that residents contact the Wasco County Clerk’s office.  An applicant must be a registered voter of Wasco County.  Send letters of interest and resume, including any relevant background information to Northern Wasco County PUD at 2345 River Road in The Dalles, zip code 97058.  Letters of interest must be received by no later than 5 p.m. on November 29.  The selected person will serve through December 31, 2018.
