One person was taken to a hospital after a Monday morning accident fueled by road rage on Interstate 84 in Gilliam County. According to the Gilliam County Sheriff’s Office, deputies quickly learned the crash near westbound I-84 milepost 140 was due to a road rage issue with another vehicle. The Sheriff’s Office says the suspect vehicle reportedly struck the victim’s vehicle, causing the victim to lose control and crash into the metal guardrail. The suspect vehicle was located about 17 miles away from the crash, and the Sheriff’s Office said the driver was taken into custody on multiple charges. The victim was transported to an area hospital for medical care.
