Missing Hood River Woman Found

A missing Linfield College student from Hood River has been found safe.  Newport Police say 22-year-old Michelle Kawachi was located Tuesday evening, and has been reunited with her family.  Kawachi had been reported as missing on Monday when her brother contacted police after he was unable to contact her.  She had not been seen since sometime after April 17.
