The Dalles 6, Crook County 5: Avery Schwartz’s single drove in Will Booth in the top of the seventh inning to give the Riverhawks a come from behind win and a share of first place in the Tri-Valley Conference with the Cowboys. The Dalles scored four runs in the top of the fifth to tie the contest, with a two-run single by Sam Shaver evening the contest at 5.
Hood River Valley 14, Milwaukie 3: An 11-run fifth inning lifted the Eagles to the win and keep themselves in the Northwest Oregon Conference playoff race. Hunter Duckwall drove in four runs and Bodie Stuben two to lead the HRV offense.

Softball
The Dalles 6, Crook County 5: Despina Seufalemua’s two-run homer with one out in the bottom of the seventh inning kept the Riverhawks unbeaten in the Tri-Valley Conference.
Track and Field
Micah Castro won the boys’ pole vault to highlight Hood River Valley’s first day of competition at the Northwest Oregon Conference Championships at Centennial. In other first day finals, Logan King was third in the boys’ 3,000 meters, and Syl Perrin was third in the girls’ 3,000.
