Klickitat County Election Update

There was very little change after a second day of vote counting in Klickitat County.  Incumbent White Salmon Mayor David Poucher has 203 votes to 114 for Bill Werst.  Andy Halm had a substantial lead for position one on the Goldendale City Council with 462 votes to 223 for Arletta Parton.  Adrian Bradford led a three-way race for position one on the Lyle School Board with 149 votes to 98 for Cindy Martin and 88 for Bracken Kruger.  In Goldendale School Board elections, Beth Schroder had 1,134 votes for position one to 694 for Carl Conroy, and Deborah Heart led the position three count over Rick Johnson 1,235 to 530.  Ray LaFond had tallied 1,041 votes for position five on the Central Klickitat County Parks and Recreation District board to 599 for John Bright, while Jane Lee led the race for Rural Fire District number seven board position one 644 to 343 over Eric Pineda.
