A juvenile male was taken into custody late Sunday night north of White Salmon on charges after his girlfriend was taken to a hospital with multiple stab wounds.  According to a statement posted on the Klickitat County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, deputies took a knife from the juvenile after he was located.  An investigation by officers found the juvenile had been involved in a physical altercation with his girlfriend, who was no longer at the scene.  She was found and taken to Skyline Hospital with multiple stab wounds, telling deputies the juvenile had physically restrained her when she tried to leave the scene and stabbed her.  The girlfriend was released by the hospital after receiving treatment for her wounds.  After a mental health evaluation, the juvenile was booked into NORCOR’s juvenile facility on domestic violence charges involving assault and unlawful imprisonment along with a pick-up order.
