Homicide Investigation Continues

Detectives from the Wasco County Sheriff’s Office, the Wasco County District Attorney’s Office, and the Wasco County Major Crimes Team continues to actively investigate the homicide of a woman in the Cherry Heights area on March 17.  District Attorney Matthew Ellis said in a statement that at this point in the investigation, no arrests have been made in connection with the death of Amanda Harman.  Ellis added limited information has been released to avoid compromising the integrity of the investigation.  He said detectives are actively processing evidence and following up on tips.  Anyone with information directly related to the case are asked to reach out to law enforcement.  Tips can be submitted in one of three ways.  An online tip can be submitted through The Dalles City Police website online tip form at thedalles.org.  A text tip can be sent to TIP 411.  And a phone tip can be directed to the Wasco County Sheriff’s Office at 541-506-2580.
