Heights Streetscape Phase 3 Contracts Expected In October

City of Hood River Planning Director Dustin Nilsen expects to have contracts with consultants for phase three of planning for the Heights Streetscape project before the Urban Renewal Agency board in October.  Nilsen says phase three will develop detailed designs for the project, and how to implement those plans.  Nilsen says he expects the third phase to be completed by the end of the current fiscal year in June.  The Heights Streetscape project includes 12th and 13th Streets between May and Belmont.
