Columbia Gorge Community College is considering going out to renew its bond later this year.  New CGCC President Dr. Kenneth Lawson says they are currently working on a package with the intent of putting it on the November ballot.  Lawson adds they don’t want to change tax rates, and projects would primarily be maintenance on current facilities.  Lawson noted they will be doing some polling work in the next few weeks to determine what will be feasible and supported by the residents of the college district.
