Ballots Begin To Arrive

Early ballot returns for November’s general election are about the same in both Wasco and Hood River counties.  Wasco County’s latest return count shows just 8.09 percent of ballots have already been returned, while Hood River County is at 8.22 percent.  In Wasco County that’s four percentage points under what it was four years ago, while in Hood River County it’s up by the same amount.  Ballots in Oregon must arrive at County election offices or at designated drop boxes by November 6.
