Baseball Redmond 4, Hood River Valley 3:  The Eagles could not come back from an early 3-0 deficit. Columbia splits with Kalama, winning game one 7-3 and dropping the nightcap 4-3 in 9 innings. Softball Hood River Valley 15, Redmond 0:  HRV scored five runs in the first inning and 10 in the fourth to move to 7-2 on the season. Kalama sweeps Columbia 11-0 and 12-3. Stevenson sweeps Ilwaco 23-2 and 19-0. Track and Field The Dalles dominated Pendleton in a Columbia River Conference dual meet, winning the boys matchup 94-38 and the girls 110-17.  Elijah Kohltfarber and Zach Nerdin won two events each for The Dalles boys, while Yasmin Hill, Katie Conklin, and Maddie Wood each won a pair for the girls. South Wasco’s girls were third and the boys sixth at a seven tem meet in Culver.  The Redsides’ Zoe Morelli won the girls’ 200 and 400 meters, while Loreto Morelli was victorious in the boys’ 400 and 300 meter hurdles.
