Baseball

The Dalles 6, Madras 0:  The Riverhawks win the Tri-Valley Conference opener as Sam Shaver threw a two-hitter and struck out 14, and also drove in two runs at the plate.

Columbia sweeps Riverside 25-1 and 22-1 (check to make sure of final):  A 12-run second inning keyed the opener and a 14-run third inning propelled the Bruins to the second victory.

 

Softball

The Dalles 11, Madras 0:  The Dalles win its TVC opener as Zoe LeBreton and Keiliani Crichton-Tunai homered, and Ava Graves drove in three runs.
