Hood River Valley 15, Pendleton 4: Annie Veatch hit two home runs and drove in four runs as the Eagles bounced back from Saturday’s sweep by the Buckaroos to salvage the third game of the series and jump back up into the second spot in the OSAA Class 5A RPI rankings, and dropping Pendleton from first to fourth. Breanna Weekly had two hits and two RBI’s for Hood River.
Hermiston 7, The Dalles 4: Hermiston broke a 4-4 tie with three runs late in the game to win the rubber match of the three-game series.
Klickitat-Lyle-Wishram splits with Mabton, winning game one 9-6 and losing the nightcap 14-10.
Naches Valley sweeps Goldendale 22-2 and 26-2.

Hermiston 11, The Dalles 1: The Bulldogs scored seven runs in the second inning and four in the third to sweep their Columbia River Conference series with the Eagle-Indians.
Pendleton 15, Hood River Valley 11: The Buckaroos tallied nine runs in the third inning and six in the sixth to earn a sweep of the series in a wild game that saw HRV score in every inning.
