ODHS Seeks Help To Find Missing Foster Teen

The Oregon Department of Human Services Child Welfare Division is asking the public to help find a teenager in foster care who went missing from The Dalles last week, and authorities believe she is in danger.  ODHS says 16-year-old Scotlyne West was last seen in Salem but may be trying to travel to eastern Oregon.  West is 5-feet-4 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, has dyed blond hair and blue eyes.  She wears glasses and has several tattoos, including one of a bull skull on her upper right arm.  ODHS says those who think they may have seen her are asked to contact 9-1-1 or local law enforcement.
