Baseball

Hood River Valley 5, St. Helens 2:  The Eagles strung together four straight hits in the second inning to score all of their runs, while Bodie Stuben pitched five innings of four-hit ball.

 

Softball

St. Helens 2, Hood River Valley 1:  Grace Rowan gave up only one hit, but two errors led to both Lion runs in the second inning.  Addi Van Metre drove in the only Eagle run in the seventh inning.

 

Track and Field

The Dalles’ Derek Goulart won the boys’ high jump and Hood River Valley’s Jackson Bullock was second in the boys’ 800 meters at Barlow Spring Spectacular.
