The Port of The Dalles Commission will wait until next month to do a final review of its proposed strategic plan.  Port Executive Director Andrea Klaas says the board did receive a presentation from the consultants who have put it together.  She adds the consultants are making refinements to the plan after input from the Port board, noting this plan will reflect the Port not having the amount of land available that it used to.  Klaas added the plan will also reflect the Port’s goal of focusing on quality of jobs rather than simply quantity.
