HR County Forest Fee Parking Goes Into Effect Wednesday

Hood River County’s Parking Permit Program for the County Forest Fee Parking Zones will go into effect on Wednesday.  Parking permits may be pre-purchased online at hoodrivercounty.net, and annual permits will soon be available at selected local vendors.  Annual permits are available for $30, and daily permits for the day of purchase are available for $5.  Transaction fees are added for online purchases.  Fee Parking Zones are located near popular Staging Areas including Seven Streams, Post Flats, Family Man, Binns Hill, Kingsley and Pinemont.  Parking Permit revenue will be used to maintain, develop, and manage County Forest recreation and trails.
